Safe Church Policy

Knox Presbyterian Church Milton (Knox Milton) is part of the Presbyterian Church in Canada and follows the denomination’s policies. Most importantly, Knox Milton is committed to fostering a safe church environment in accordance with the church’s three safety policies:

  1. Leading With Care
  2. Policy & Procedures Addressing Harassment in the Church
  3. Policy for Dealing with Sexual Abuse & Sexual Harassment in the Church

All staff, volunteers, elders, ministers and anyone who participates in the church’s programs must follow these policies.  Elders, volunteers and ministers are trained on these policies regularly.
